Therapy for Young Adults
Your 20s can be exciting, full of possibility, and also surprisingly overwhelming. You may be figuring out your career, relationships, friendships, independence, or sense of identity while feeling like everyone else has it more figured out than you do.
Maybe you’re high-achieving and used to holding it all together, but you’re struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Or maybe you simply know that something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure what.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface. We’ll work together to understand your patterns, make space for your emotions, and figure out what you need to move forward.
My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I balance compassion with honest feedback and draw from cognitive, somatic, mindfulness, parts-based, and trauma-informed approaches. Most importantly, I want you to feel safe enough to be honest, while supported enough to grow.
You don’t need to have a clear plan before starting therapy. You just need to know that you want something to change.
If this sounds like you, let’s connect. Schedule a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
