Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 21 2025

1. Overview

This website is intended to provide general information about my therapy practice and services. By using this site, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Using this website or sending a message through the contact form does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A formal relationship begins only after we have agreed to work together and signed required documentation.

3. Information Collection and Use

If you choose to contact me through this site, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.

Please do not share personal or sensitive health information through this website or contact form. For privacy and your own protection, detailed clinical information should be shared only through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms once we have an established relationship.

4. Confidentiality in Therapy

All therapy sessions are confidential and protected under state and federal laws, with a few legal and ethical exceptions:

  • If there is reason to believe you are at risk of seriously harming yourself or someone else

  • If there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or dependent adult

  • If records are subpoenaed by a court

In these cases, I am legally required to take appropriate action to ensure safety.

5. Data Security

This website does not store client records or health information. Any third-party services used (e.g., web hosting, contact forms) may collect general analytics or cookies to improve website performance. However, no private clinical data is stored through this site.
